We recommend you save this image to your phone's camera roll before you come for a snowshoeing outing so you'll be able to access it while on the trails.

GPX Snowshoe Trails Map File for GPS or Phone - Members Only

If you have a GPS unit or mapping app on your iPhone or Android, you can add our 2020 Snowshoe Map GPS - Adventure 38 GPX file (GPS Exchange Format) to your device to use while on the trails. That way you'll have easy access to our map right on your device while you snowshoe the trails.

We use a free mapping app called GAIA GPS, which you can find at gaiagps.com. Adventure 38 has no affiliation with the GAIA GPS website or app, and you are free to use whatever mapping app you wish. We use a Garmin etrex20 GPS receiver. Our GPX map file has been used successfully with the GAIA GPS app on iPhone7 and with the etrex20 GPS receiver.

If you want to try the GAIA GPS app, head to gaiagps.com and follow the link (either App Store - iPhone or Google Play - Android) to download the app. After the app installs on your phone, click on the image below to download our GPX map file: 2020 Snowshoe Map GPS - Adventure 38. Please note that the GPX version of our map is available to members of the Adventure 38 site only. Sign up to become a member - it's free and allows you to connect with other members of our site.

Select the choice: Open in "Gaia GPS" when it shows on your phone, and presto, you've added our trails to your phone and the app's cursor will show your current position as you snowshoe. Tap on a trail or on a waypoint to see information. Pinch to zoom in or out. Please refer to the GAIA GPS documentation to learn how to use their app.

Please note that using the GAIA GPS mapping app will discharge your phone's battery faster, even when the app is running in the background. Exit the app if you need to conserve your battery power.

Have Fun Snowshoeing

Now that you've gained three easy ways to use the Adventure 38 Snowshoe Trails Map for 2020, you can head out to enjoy fresh air and avoid that sinking feeling that you're lost. Have fun while you're out on the trails and we hope to see you again!
