Snowshoe (Discontinued)
Please review our Snowshoeing Waiver form. Printed copies are available for you to sign when you come to Adventure 38. Participants must sign a waiver before they head out.
Snowshoeing Guidelines
For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we operate using a few simple guidelines. Please be sure to ask if you have questions.

Please email, phone or text us before you come snowshoeing. We offer pre-planned visits only.

We accept cash payments and the prices shown include applicable taxes. Exact change is much appreciated.

Washrooms are not available on the trails.

Snowshoe only on marked trails within our property. The Adventure 38 Snowshoe Trails Map shows our 38 acre property outline. Yellow flagging tape marks the snowshoeing trails. Three yellow flags tied on a tree means you've reached the end of the trail, so please turn back at that point.

An adult must accompany minors (under 18).

Please, we do not allow pets.

Do not collect or remove items from our property. For example, do not collect: cones, branches, sticks, etc. “Take only pictures, leave only footprints.”

Gardening
Please review our Gardening Waiver form. Printed copies are available for you to sign when you come to Adventure 38. Participants must sign a waiver before the gardening season begins.
Gardening Guidelines
For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we operate using a few simple guidelines. Please be sure to ask if you have questions.

You can reserve your summer garden by paying 50% now and the remaining 50% by April 1.

We accept cash payments and the prices shown for garden rentals include applicable taxes.

Washrooms are not available in the gardens.

Garden within the designated plot assigned to you.

Please grow only vegetables (no illegal plants).

Your garden space is available June 1 through October 15, inclusive. We can be flexible to accommodate your needs, weather permitting.

We do not allow camping or overnight activities.

Do not collect or remove items other than your grown vegetables. For example, do not take: soil, rocks, cones, branches, flowers, berries. If in doubt, ask us first.
